Our Trust Account Specialist manages the trust accounts where your money is held. This includes monthly reconciliation, monthly three-way tie outs to prevent theft and daily positive-pay check and payment verification to make sure your money is secure. Monthly Owner Statements

Owner are provided with two statements each month, delivered electronically. On the 5th of the month the owner will receive a full month's accounting from the previous month. On the 10th of each month the owner will receive a statement showing income and expenses through the disbursement date, including the amount that will be deposited into their account.

Owner and Tenant Portals

We give you real-time access to your properties via your Owner Portal. Prospective residents can apply online with the click of a button, existing residents pay their rent online instead of sending rent checks by mail, and we are able to process and respond to maintenance requests more quickly.
